[PlanetCCRMA] apt-get upgrade : problem with sweep conflict

just tried a dist-upgrade (first for about a year I think), I am getting 
this error -- please help as it's preventing me from upgradin anything at 
all!  (I'm not vfamiliar with apt-get internalls, I've just been issuing 
that command before without any problems):
