[PlanetCCRMA] Gnome Wave Cleaner SRPM

Hi there,

I found a srpm of the gnome wave cleaner gwc
(http://gwc.sourceforge.net/) at Gemi's repository

http://math.ifi.unizh.ch/fedora/

It builds and works perfectly in FC4/CCRMA and would be a nice
addition for the planet, IMO.
