Hiya, I think I may have messed up my shutdown down sequence ... I ran ... # dmesg -n5 I think this is the culprit, however I am a total noob so who knows ... ? So how can I reset my dmesg to the normal settings for a Fedora Core 5 install ? Tar DaveB
