Hi Link,

Not answering your question regarding apt, but:

The SRPMS directory as pointed out by Fernando a few days ago:
http://ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/mirror/all/linux/SRPMS/

To build the NVIDIA driver however, you only need the 
kernel-devel-2.6.14-0.10.rrt.rhfc4.ccrma which contains the necessary 
headers and makefiles.
