[PlanetCCRMA] A small VST issue

wine: cannot find '/usr/local/lib/libfst.so'
[moefoe at localhost ~]$

I've noticed that I get this problem every once in a while.  To fix it, 
I removed wine and reinstall.  The file is there.  It's there and it's 
also in /usr/lib/.  It seems to happen after trying to install other 
window application.  I was hoping that I wouldn't have to reinstall 
again as I'm sure the fix is pretty simple.
