[PlanetCCRMA] libmpeg3 and mpeg3toc

Hi Fernando,

Thanks for the reply. I have libmpeg3 1.5.3-1.rhfc2.ccrma installed, and
I don't have cinelerra. Should these tools come with libmpeg3?
