[PlanetCCRMA] system locks plaing midi with rosegarden

Hello-
I'm looking for some guidance with my system using Rosegarden.  Please tell me what info I need to provide to get some help.  My problem is this:  While playing some midi files through RG with jack, a delta 1010 sound card and a Korg Triton rack, the system locks up requiring a hard reboot.  What logs might show me what is going on, or are there some debug params I can set in order to capture what is happening?

Another oddity is that the midi instruments seem to change on their own, as though there were instructions getting garbled.

I'm using kernel 2.4.26-1.ll.rh90.ccrmasmp (hyperthreaded processor) with the latest planet versions of jack and RG.

I'm still quite new at all of this, so please excuse any ignorance.
