[PlanetCCRMA] Syntax to automatically load snd-seq in modprobe.conf

Create an /etc/rc.modules file, insert `modprobe snd-seq' there and
chmod +x it. This file will then be sourced from /etc/rc.sysinit and
modules there will be loaded during startup.
