[PlanetCCRMA] upgrade questions

Hi Kevin:

  Let me be sure I understand you correctly. I should download the FC3 
ISOs from where, Red Hat ? I'll install in the usual fashion, then grab 
the Planet apt stuff and go from there, again in the usual way. Sound 
about right ?

  So I take it that FC3 has just not yet been apt-ified by Nando ? And 
you're installing his FC3 stuff package by package ?
