I have Qjackctl installed and tried a number of variations all
leading more or less to this result:

I posted to the Creative forum concerning my soundcard (emu10k1x
chip) to see if anyone there could determing whether this card was
full duplex capable. As I mentioned earlier, I'm dual booting linux
from my wife's PC and I'm not really anxious to install another
soundcard unless I really have to.
