[PlanetCCRMA] updates: a lot of them...

Hi all, I'm back!!! (from vacation). 

First of all, thanks to the many fellow Planet CCRMA dwellers that sent
me emails to warn me of new versions of packages. It is amazing how out
of date things can get in a few weeks :-)

Anyway, first round of updates:

* jack up to 0.70.4, looks much better, apparently one client quitting
  no longer brings down (randomly) another client. Good!
* liblrdf up to 0.3.1-1
* libsamplerate up to 0.0.15-1
* snd up to 6.8-1
* sweep up to 0.8.2-1, now includes alsa support
* zynaddsubfx up to 1.4.0-1
* soundtracker up to 0.6.7-pre3 (plus a patch to make it build again
  with jack)
* terminatorX up to 3.80-1, now includes alsa support
