[PlanetCCRMA] updated: new ALSA drivers

Hi all, the ALSA drivers for Planet CCRMA have been upgraded to current
CVS (20030121.120451). See the changelog in the web pages for details on
how to upgrade. Please note that a simple dist-upgrade will not install
alsa-lib-devel (the alsa-lib package has been split into alsa-lib and
alsa-lib-devel). 

Hopefully less bugs added than fixed :-)
