This is usually caused by a mismatch between the architectures of the
kernel and the alsa driver rpms. Find out what you have by typing this:

rpm -q --queryformat "%{ARCH}\n" kernel-up
rpm -q --queryformat "%{ARCH}\n" alsa-driver-2.4.19-2.ll.acpi
