I don't think there will be any problem. I have not seen these messages
before, I guess another side effect of Ximian? For example, I don't have
/usr/share/omf/gnome-applets/gweather_applet-it.omf  in my systems, you
could see where it is coming from by typing:

  rpm -q -f /usr/share/omf/gnome-applets/gweather_applet-it.omf

I suspect you will see a non-redhat package. 
Anyway, I don't think this will affect anything.
