It's a "general" package, but it seems the original author abandoned it
and the debian maintainer picked it. This doesn't mean you can't use it,
jut download it from:
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/memstat/memstat_0.4.tar.gz
and do a "make" (it's a *very* small and simple prog).
