Hi fellow grad students,

I just want to remind y’all to please fill out this form for the CCRMA town hall next week! As Nette said in this original email, the agenda will be circulated on Monday, February 10, so if you don’t send things in by this weekend, they won’t be included.

Also, don’t hesitate to contact me in my capacity as CCRMA grad student rep if you want to talk about anything outside the semi-public town hall setting.

Best,
-Noah

> Hi all,
>
> We are pleased to announce the second CCRMA Town Hall will be held on Wednesday Feb. 12, 2020 at our normal colloquium time of 5:30 PM in the Classroom.
>
> Topics, questions, and ideas large and small can be submitted via https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd8e10xOgCLzZXz9Txt-SGNo_0pKd8NpUsPL5u2QhjHCZZsUg/viewform?usp=sf_link, anonymously or not, as you wish.

> To clarify procedure, all members of the Town Hall steering committee (Matt, me, Noah (in his capacity of CCRMA grad rep to the Academic Council Teaching Faculty (ACTFac) committee), and Julius (as acting director)) will see all responses to the Google form, unedited, and we will then distill all topics and questions down to make the agenda. The agenda will be circulated on Monday Feb. 10, and anyone who doesn’t see something they thought they had asked to discuss is welcome to resubmit, or talk to any of us directly.
>
> One topic that will definitely be up for discussion is the procedure for the nomination and election of a new CCRMA graduate student representative to the ACTFac committee going forward.
>
> Depending on the length of the agenda, we will assign loose time limits to each topic, and hopefully will leave sufficient time for any open-ended discussion needed or wanted afterwards.
>
> Pizza will be available, as long as we get volunteers to take the boxes down to the compost after ;)
