<div class="">To clarify procedure, all members of the Town Hall steering committee (Matt, me, Noah (in his capacity of CCRMA grad rep to the Academic Council Teaching Faculty (ACTFac) committee), and Julius (as acting director)) will see all responses to the Google form, unedited, and we will then distill all topics and questions down to make the agenda. The agenda will be circulated on Monday Feb. 10, and anyone who doesn’t see something they thought they had asked to discuss is welcome to resubmit, or talk to any of us directly.</div>

<div class="">One topic that will definitely be up for discussion is the procedure for the nomination and election of a new CCRMA graduate student representative to the ACTFac committee going forward.</div>

<div class="">Depending on the length of the agenda, we will assign loose time limits to each topic, and hopefully will leave sufficient time for any open-ended discussion needed or wanted afterwards.</div>
