[CM] Problem building Grace on Catalina: fatal error: 'cstdlib' file not found

I just downloaded the Grace sources and ran into a build failure very
quickly, see below. I guess this is because I don't have something
installed correctly. I do have xcode installed. My clang is at
/usr/bin/clang

I downloaded the source from this link. Is it correct?
