[CM] Problem building Grace on Catalina: fatal error: 'cstdlib' file not found

those are not the latest sources, ive moved them to githhub about a year ago.

Im able to build grace without issues using the latest xcode and juce.  im using a not-too-ancient sndlib

XCode 12.3
JUCE v6.0.5 (c) 2021 Julian Storer
S7 Scheme 8.16 (2020-3-2),
Sndlib 24 (c) 2021 William Schottstaedt
