[CM] CLISP 2.31/CM 2.4.2 under Windows 7/64 bits

Hallo
I try toformulate shorter my question from yesterday: 
in CLISP 2.31/CM 2.4.2 under Windows 7/64 bits there arekeywords/functions like 

load setf  note rhythm merge defun, etc. accepted, but other like
notes  mix algorithm, etc.  not known/accepted. 
Could someome help me please to find thecause? Thank you very much for each idea.
