[CM] FFTs in Sound

In snd, is it possible to display the spectral components of an FFT analysis
as a text list of frequencies and amplitude in hertz?

I'm trying to figure out how to do analysis-resynthesis and what I have in
mind is to pass the frequency data as an array to a bank of oscillators in
another program.

Any help would be appreciated.
