[CM] cm tries to recompile rt.lisp on startup?

hi you can run cm without slime:

1) comment out the slime loading lines in your .emacs
2) add the following lines to your .eamcs

    (require 'inf-lisp)
    (setq inferior-lisp-program "/path/to/cm/bin/cm.sh")

3) then restar emacs and do
	 M-x run-lisp
