[CM] Updated configuration file for snd.

-Fix forward/backwards playing with button 4/5 so that it uses
 the current speed-setting instead of setting it to 1/-1.
-Replace the default up-key handler. This one does nothing when all data
 is shown.
-Add keybinding to quit when pressing C-x-c, just like emacs.
-Optimize the selection-handling, and dont make a selection if moving a
 mark.
-Works with gtk.
-Fix the "Please wait"-bug.
-Replace the progress-report hour-glass with a graphical increasing
 square.
-Prints out the start and end selection positions in realtime when
 changed.
-Prints out the cursor position, start selection position and end
 selection position in a quite fancy way when using united stereo files.
