[Stk] Choosing specific non-default audio output device

Hey Gary!!
Check out RTAudio (a separate project that STK uses) to see if
you can open the device by name. I think that functionality is
provided in both RTAudio and STK. Otherwise, trial and error
(or a wise member of this group using it with your same config).
