[Stk] Synthesis Toolkit for Cinder

Very nice!

I'm trying to run the xcode project of the StkTest app, but I get a
"cinder/Cinder.h file not found" build error.

Do you think you could maybe add copy cinder into the repo or add it as a
git submodule?
