[Stk] startBlowing methods

I looked at the parameters that noteOn uses when it calls startBlowing, and then tried calling startBlowing with them, but no sound came out.

So I also suspect that this silence has something to do with outputGain...

Any thoughts?

Also, there's a often a vast range of inputs that won't get any usable sound out of physical models. Look at any demos or experiment with different ranges to find the sweetspot.
