[Stk] rtaudio update

To those of you using or interested in using RtAudio, I just released 
a slightly updated version at:

  http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/~gary/rtaudio/

Since the first release in January I found a bug in the windoze code
that occured when no devices were found meeting the desired
capabilities.  I renamed the error handling class RtError (from
RtAudioError) and the preprocessor definitions changed slightly to
conform with the new release of STK that will happen this coming week.
