[PlanetCCRMANews] fc14: new rt kernel - 2.6.33.12 + rt31

New kernel-rt* packages are available for Fedora 14 
(kernel-rtPAE-2.6.33.12-149.rt31.1). They are based on the latest long 
term patch for 2.6.33 and the latest rt patch set (rt31). Not much 
changed since the last release, after all this is still 2.6.33. If you 
are happy with your current rt kernel there is no reason to upgrade, 
save for bugfix and security patches that are included in the new build. 
I'll release a build for fc13 later...
