[PlanetCCRMANews] new jack in testing repositories

Hi, a new spin of jackd and jackdmp is available from the Planet CCRMA
testing repository... It includes jack 0.109.12 svn revision 1135 and
jackdmp 0.71 svn revision 890. As before you should be able to switch
from one to the other without problems. The build process is now more
stable and less hacks are needed to get the package built, many thanks
to the jackmp team for much progress in that area. 

[most probably the x86_64 issues some of you were having will still be
there, I have currently no way of testing.]
