[PlanetCCRMANews] fc7: libraw1394/libavc1394; fc6/7: ardour2 2.0.3

Hi all, a few more updates:

For fc7: libraw1394 compiled without the "juju" firewire stack patches,
it actually works for both video i/o and freebob hardware (well, only
one test, what do you expect? :-), and a matching libavc1394. These
packages will not override the ones mentioned in the mailing list thread
(they are e-v-r lower, but higher than the Fedora packages), but that
should be fine.
