Some patches are ARM only but the fedora kernel is not a really "vanilla" kernel.
And I think some patches are not RT safe ...

Indeed.

	By the way, I have few questions on how to manage my firewire
audio-interface, but I guess Linuxmao is more relevant for these
questions than this mailing list.

Do you know what these patches are for? As far as I know, Fedora tries
to be as close to vanilla versions as possible.
