Some packages in Fedora 25 have not been updated or rebuild from fc24 to 
fc25 in the official repos. Usually that should not mean any trouble. If a 
new build is available you will get it from Fedora's update system.

I have no problems with jack on Fedora 25, and I just did a clean install.
