[PlanetCCRMA] 3ms latency in ccrma kernel

what about put on fedorapeople git or github.com dist-git like repo for ccrma kernels?
it should speed up fixing, enabling and testing new config options
notes to spec file:
- i played with treating rt patch same way like stable update patch.
which means - 1st stable update patch, 2nd rt patch, 3rd fedora patches
it is easier to identify which patch failed, when applied after.
- what about make rt build extending kernel build, instead of replacing?
i mean produced rpms will be kernel, kernel-lpae, kernel-rt, kernel-rtlpae
not kernel-rt, kernel-rtlpae only.
