[PlanetCCRMA] cpufrequtils, kernel-tools problem on fedora 19

Hello list,

I am attempting to use the cpufrequtils set of programs (i.e. cpufreq-set,
cpufreq-info, etc) and am having difficulty with the kernel-tools package I
installed form planet ccrma. I'm using Fedora 19. After installing
kernel-tools and kernel-tools-devel, cpufreq-set and the others are not
getting found.

My installed kernel tools:


kernel-tools.x86_640:3.10.25-200.rt23.1.fc19.ccrma


My uname -a:

Linux her-box 3.10.25-200.rt23.1.fc19.ccrma.x86_64.rt #1 SMP PREEMPT RT Fri
Jan 10 12:09:13 PST 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Reinstalling kernel-tools has not resolved this issue. Any help would be
appreciated!
