For now you could, as root, do:
    chmod 666 /dev/snd/seq
That will load the kernel module.

It is a known problem, see:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=827655
(there are some suggestions in the ticket to load the module on boot)

I'll wait a bit more to see if there is a resolution, otherwise I'll 
release some hack in Planet CCRMA to work around the issue.
