[PlanetCCRMA] fedora 17 partial success

I was able to start jack with firewire (SaffireLe interface) and get sound 
out of ardour and supercollider.

> What happens if you start it from the command line like:
>   jackd -R -d alsa -d hw:0

Jack doesn't start. On the other hand when I use hw:Quattro it does start. 
And it partially works:
I can start supercollider server and play some 
oscilators. When I quit the server jack exits as well and sends error 
messge at the bottom to sc.
If I start jack (from the command line) and then start Ardour jack quits 
(before I even open an ardour session).
