[PlanetCCRMA] CCRMA/Fedora in VMWare on a MacBook Pro

The jack connections are very simple: only hydrogen outputs are 
connected to system inputs.  Nothing else on any jack configuration tab 
is connected.  The problem occurs with every jack-connected piece of 
software, for example zynaddsubfx.
