That's because you had set the input and output interfaces... if you set
them to "(default)" you should be able to change "Interface" again.

Just put the appropriate hw device in the "Interface" field:

For example: Interface: hw:UM2 should use the Edirol USB card... (if you
want a particular subdevice just add ",N" where N is the subdevice
number).
