[PlanetCCRMA] No MIDI in qjackctl

Hello

Just upgraded to F11 and I get a show-stopping error when launching
qjackctl:

        07:56:35.796 Could not open ALSA sequencer as a client. ALSA
        MIDI patchbay will be not available.
        
        ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq
        failed: No such file or directory
        
So manually loading the snd-seq module with modprobe prior to launching
qjackctl makes the error go away.

Q: What/where is the safest way/place to include a startup script for
this ?
