[PlanetCCRMA] supercollider upgrades, testing: jackmp and kernel

So far it works all right with Ardour and vlc+pulseaudio. However I
had some trouble with xmms and its jack (no pulseaudio) output plugin:
it plays all right when I first run it, but once it gets to the end of
the play list it won't start playing again. I get these errors in
.xsession-errors:

Trying the pulseaudio xmms output plugin right now, sounds like it
works (with pulseaudio running as a jack client).
