[PlanetCCRMA] OSC libs

New to fedora6 and planetccrma.  Working thru various apps, I noticed the Pd 
does not seem to have the OSC libs?  Ex. sendOSC obj is dotted line.  What 
is the solution for that?  Compile your own?  Can't seem to find the linux 
srcs.  Sourceforge tarball is for darwin mac.
