[PlanetCCRMA] Is festival still available from the repo for FC2

I think newer versions of apt understand the common metadata format that
yum repos use nowadays. So it _may_ be a simple matter of installing apt
(from extras, I think) and pointing the config files to the proper urls.
But I have not tried to do it...
