Yes, there is a planetccrma-core package for 7.
You will need to install the proper planetccrma-repo package:
rpm -Uvh
http://ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/mirror/fedora/linux/planetccrma/7/i386/planetccrma-repo-1.0-3.fc7.ccrma.noarch.rpm
If that installs fine then you should be pointing to the proper
repositories. You should be able to install planetccrma-core and that will
bring in all the goodies (kernel, pam, etc, etc).
