[PlanetCCRMA] CUEs and TOCs from ardour

Hopefully these will be simple questions:

I have tracks recorded...I've piped them through jamin and remixed the way I 
want them. Now I need to export them and get them ready for a CD. Once I've 
created my .wav and toc files, I simply put all the TOC and files into one 
folder, correct?

Once I have the above correct, what's the correct way to burn them under linux?
