[PlanetCCRMA] NetworkManager (via HAL) identifies bcm43xx as wired when using planet kernels

Hi,

When using kernel-2.6.17-1.2187_FC5, bcm43xx wireless support works fine for
my wlan controller device BCM4306 b/g. Network Manager (NM) shows the
available wireless networks, and switches between wired/wireless networks.

However, when using planet kernels:
- kernel-2.6.16-1.2080.16.rdt.rhfc5.ccrma
- kernel-2.6.16-1.2080.16.rrt.rhfc5.ccrma,
NM identifies BCM4306 as a wired device, and no wireless networks are shown.
All graphical NM support for switching to WAP or WPE-encyripted networks are gone.

I've spotted that this is a HAL-related bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=191557
that was fixed in kernels 2.6.17-1.2139_FC5 onwards.

The planet kernels do not seem to include this fix. Would it be possible to
fix this in the future releases?

Thanks,
