[PlanetCCRMA] cannot install the CCRMA package signature

i am using the fedira core 3 package it says there is an import error =
when i try to import the CCRMA package signature
from a cd rom image using " rpm --import RPM-GPG-KEY.planetccrma.txt" =
and i have not even reached the kernel part!!
Anyone can be of an assistance?
