[PlanetCCRMA] Fixing caps tube amp

Any chance of updating caps to 0.3.0 ? The gain control on the Tube pre-amp
was acting strangely and building from the latest source solved the problem
for me. Note that

ccrma version 0.2.3-1 installs to /usr/lib/ladspa
current source version 0.3.0 installs to /usr/local/lib/ladspa

so I had to copy caps.so manually to /usr/lib/ladspa, once I had made the
source files.
