[PlanetCCRMA] VST in Fedora Core 4. Success anyone?

Hi there,

I tried to follow Timo's tutorial

to get jack_fst running in FC4.

I tried wine-0.9.2-1fc4winehq.i686.rpm,
wine-20040505-1fc1winehq.i686.rpm  and
wine-devel-20050524-1fc3winehq.i386.rpm to no avail.

I then tried fst 1.7

and xfst

http://galan.sourceforge.net/

With some combinations I get the software built, but when I try to run
it it fails to connect to jackd. I am using
jack-audio-connection-kit-0.100.1-0.5.cvs.rhfc4.ccrma

Before investing more time, it will be nice to know if someone got it
to work and what combination of wine, VST wrapper, gcc and jackd is
this person using.
