It's the 1010, not the 1010LT.
I didn't think MIDI was working properly, a message
comes up saying it can't start the sequencer, but I
assumed it was because the Delta 1010 doesn't have
midi.

I did start Ardour with Realtime turned off, but I
didn't really figure out how to get the signal from
the inputs of the 1010 to the program.  I don't know
if I have to do something in the patchbay part of jack
or something, I get something like Inputs 1-10 when I
click on the INPUT button on the mixer, but none of
them seem to get any levels (although when I run
envy24control I can see levels on the H/W IN meters.

If I set the Frames/Period to the highest I get this
message:
ALSA: cannot set period size to 4096 frames for
capture
If I set to to 2048, I get the same as I was before
where it just shuts itself down after it starts.
