It is, I discovered this a couple of days ago by chance. It only happens
on .rdt kernels (configured as PREEMPT_DESKTOP), never noticed before as
I boot into the .rrt ones. I got a patch that works and Rui issued a new
version of rtirq, I'll package it tomorrow.
